Empowerment is a mentoring program which seeks to EMPOWER adolescents with the confidence, life skills and knowledge to become the most SUCCESSFUL adults possible. Empowerment, is a CREATIVE mentoring program that builds adolescents overall character by challenging them to think creatively, and work outside the box. It seeks to give these adolescents the tools they will need to actively and eagerly apply themselves throughout the course of their lives. The program aims to INSPIRE, MOTIVATE and UPLIFT these youth to let their light shine bright. Empowerment gives its members a way to engage with their community, be exposed to new positive experiences, and, most importantly, learn about themselves as INDIVIDUALS.
